Robertson is a small town in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, Australia, in Wingecarribee Shire. The town is located on the edge of an elevated plateau (the Illawarra escarpment) about 35 km from the coast. Robertson is now more widely known for potato growing and is the home of the "Big Potato" that is situated in the heart of the village. While 'Robo' as it is colloquially called is a sleepy village of 1,206 people. |
