Apon order, a PDF or Word Document will be emailed and sent via post that outlines terms and conditions. A list of details will need to be returned before initial meeting that Include: Name Address Location of event details Start - End times Music list + burnt copy of music or original CDs (Immersion Imagery is not responsible for the Copyright of music received) If your wedding will take place within a church / chapel permission to shoot will need to be obtained (some churches on the wedding day can refuse to allow photography / video to be recorded).
